IMPORTANT COMMISSION A beautiful table that's sure to please his customer! SHOP OWNER: Brent Harral LOCATION: Burke, VA     I just completed this dining room table, which my wife commissioned. The nicely figured tiger maple top measures 58" x 58". Two sides of this table have false drawer fronts, which gives the illusion of drawers on all sides. The drawer fronts and false fronts are from curly cherry.     Even though I knew the drawers would be shallow, I thought the fronts would add to the design of the table. They sure added a bunch of extra work though!         I stained the tiger maple top with a medium brown dye, then applied a coat of natural Watco Danish oil, followed by four coats of polyurethane. We thought the black legs, which are tapered, would compliment the tabletop and aprons. They also match the chairs that we ordered and will be arriving soon. . . .
