NEW RIDGID TABLESAW
Inspiration to make some new jigs.
SHOP OWNER: Ned Bulken
LOCATION: Canastota, NY
Here are a couple of pictures of my new Ridgid model 3612 tablesaw, which has also inspired me to make a couple of new jigs to go with it. The first is an H-style tennoning jig simply screwed together from ¾-inch birch plywood, which fits over the top of the fence. I also cut out a new push stick/block to go with it, cut out of some spare ¾-inch Luann plywood.
This new panel-cutting jig was at the top of my list too. It measures a whopping 30" wide by 26" deep overall, and will handle a panel up to 24" deep. The risers are cut out of some 5/4 poplar I had on hand. I really loved the figure on them so I am going to leave the jig natural, and enjoy the aesthetics of it.. . . Ned Bulken
