Here is a picture of a mahogany TV cabinet I made a while back. The pocket doors slide back out of the way for TV viewing. The shelf is for the television set and the area below is for the VCR and tape storage. I pressed up the barrel-vaulted top in a vacuum press.
The materials for this cabinet cost about $500. I sold it for $2000 and I never met the lady that was buying it; everything was arranged though an interior designer.. . . The mantelguy,
